Licensing Manager will be responsible for the management of major Romanian and Bulgarian licensees throughout products categories; Hardlines, Softlines, FMCG. Working closely with licensors and licensing partners to build strong products portfolio on multiple Intellectual Properties. 


  • Researching, identifying and developing the best-in-class producers/companies and product categories in which new licensing programs can be created, negotiated, sold and launched.
  • Active researching, identifying and developing new partners/licensees on our market for existing licensors brands.
  • Ensuring the adherence to all contractual obligations by clients through frequent on-site visits and communication.
  • Developing sales and marketing plans that will help achieve category performance targets with cooperation with the marketing and retail team.
  • Taking responsibility on category performance in terms of financial results, dynamics, development.
  • Maintaining a steady flow of information to clients on latest marketing and industry trends from around the world by keeping updates through research, trade show attendances and networking.
  • Maintaining financial and budget reporting related to dedicated category




  • Min 2-3 years of experience in active sales/marketing/new business/ business development within Consumer Products.
  • Efficiency, proactivity, effectiveness in action, ‘’make things happen’’ approach
  • Strong sales skills and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive team player, thinking outside of the box, open, confident and creative personality.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Experience in consumer goods, licensing or brand management is an asset
  • Proactivity, motivation and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken
  • MS Office (Excel, PPT) proficiency
