WHAT IS THE ROLE

Licensing Retail and E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the management of major
Polish retail accounts across all licensed categories including; Hardlines, Softlines, Food &
Beverages, Health & Beauty and Publishing. Working closely with the Consumer Products
Marketing and Category teams, Licensors and Licensing partners in order to look after good
presence of IPs at retail (both online and offline).

 

  • Managing annual budget by planning retail; mortal and online campaigns together with brand promotional activations.
  • Acting as a representative for licensees branded products for Polish retail landscape and driving business growth by supporting licensees in securing products listings.
  • Establish relationships with retailers in order to grow ELC Brands licensors presence throughout the specialty retail channel
  • Develop and implement e-commerce retail strategy with focus on Allegro and Amazon cross-category products activations performance
  • Drive and execute retail and marketing strategy for DRT partnerships like LPP, PEPCO, SMYK.
  • Prepare regular sales presentations, pitch customized retail and marketing programs to retailers, educate retailers and buyers about ELC Brands partners priority properties
  • Driving and coordinating in-store and e-commerce activations for licensees branded products from variety of suppliers, making sure activations are focused on property and with main objective to support sales with measurable revenue increase
  • Work with annual retail and marketing budget, planning ahead and delivering best in class retail activations
  • Negotiate Direct To Retail licensing deals with strategic retail partners
  • Keep team informed about trends in retail, marketing, social media, fashion and culture
  • Stay current on competitive programs in the marketplace
  • Being involved in strategic account planning as well as having operational responsibilities across all levels of the business.

 

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, trade or retail department, working at retailer side is a plus
  • Knowledge of trade/ retail marketing tools and landscape
  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and landscape
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proactivity, motivation and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken
  • MS Office (Excel, PPT) proficiency
  • Experience in licensing, consumer goods, retailers or brand management industry is an asset
  • Knowledge of mailing systems and graphic programs, creative visualizations is an asset
