History
In 1995 a small Huntington Beach garage was buzzing with activity. Friends were busy hand sewing wallets and handbags and this small garage unit was the birthplace of Julius and the start of Paul Frank Industries.

The Characters
Planned Pines is a planned, perfect community where Julius and his friends live. 
Julius the Monkey is a lovable creature, filled with curiosity and wonder with a charisma that makes him the natural leader. His friends love being around him because he’s always doing something new. His age is undefined, but he’s like a child with adult means. He struggles to find his place between the childhood he’s always known and the responsibility he now has.

Paul Frank brand has the ability to reach and aim all age groups:

  • Infants and Toddlers, from newborn to 2: the sons and daughters of Gen X/Yers who have redefined parenthood and demanding style, especially when it comes to clothing and they want their kids to have access to unique and individual looks.
